Refund policy

STANDARD RETURN POLICY
You can initiate a return for all unused and/or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items within 45 days of delivery. We will refund the purchase price less the shipping cost. Gift Card sales are final. 

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
To initiate your refund and return, please email comments@bigboy.com with the invoice number and total amount charged including shipping costs and tax if applicable. We will contact you with our shipping account information to return the product(s) and refund your purchase within 45 days of receipt of the product in unused and/or unopened condition.
